FRV Media Inc. Announces Approval of Proposals (February 03, 2012)

MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 02/03/12 -- FRV Media Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:FRV.H) announces that all of the resolutions described in the Company's management information circular dated January 6, 2012, were approved by the Company's shareholders at the Company's annual and extraordinary general meeting, held on January 31, 2012. In particular, all resolutions relating to the transaction contemplated in the non-binding letter of intent with Global SeaFarms Group Inc. were approved.
